Community Access & Day Program

Meaningful Activities. Real Connections. Greater Independence.

Our Community Access & Day Program combines practical skill-building, recreation, social connection, and real community participation — all in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Who we support

Our program is open to children, youth, and adults who want to build skills, make connections, and participate more fully in their communities. We welcome individuals with a wide range of abilities, backgrounds, and goals.

Learning through real-life experiences

Every activity in our program has a purpose. We design experiences that build real skills, foster genuine relationships, and create pathways to greater independence.

Social Skills

Building communication, relationship, and interpersonal skills through structured activities, group interactions, and supported social experiences.

Recreation & Wellness

Participating in recreational activities that promote physical health, mental well-being, and a sense of fun and enjoyment.

Community Outings

Accessing real community spaces — parks, libraries, recreation centres, local businesses — to build confidence and familiarity with the broader community.

Life Skills

Practising everyday skills in real-world settings, including budgeting, transportation, cooking, and household tasks.

Education & Employment Readiness

Exploring education and employment pathways, developing workplace skills, and connecting with training and community resources.

Community Connection

Building meaningful relationships with peers, community members, and local organizations — creating a genuine sense of belonging.

More than a day program

At Noxara Health, every activity has a purpose. We're not here to fill time — we're here to help people build confidence, develop skills, form real relationships, and establish routines that support greater independence.

Our program is designed around the individual. What someone works on, how they participate, and what they work toward is shaped by their own goals and interests — not a fixed schedule.

Explore new experiences. Build new skills. Make new connections.

We'd love to tell you more about the program and how it could support the person you care about.
